The Scoring Model Nobody Else Has
Four layers of proprietary analysis. One number that tells you exactly who to call.
We scored 10,000+ political organizations so you don't have to.
Before a single donor can be scored, every political entity they may have donated to must first be assigned an ideology score. Our entity database contains over 10,000 individual political organizations — federal candidate committees, Super PACs, party committees, leadership PACs, and ideological organizations. Each one is individually researched and scored on a 1–10 ideological scale. This is not keyword matching or party affiliation lookup. It is contextual analysis of what each entity actually represents — what wing of the movement it belongs to, who funds it, who it funds, and where it sits on the full spectrum from Establishment GOP to America First.
The money doesn't lie. We follow every dollar.
A donor's ideology score is the dollar-weighted average of every entity they have ever funded. A donor who gave $500 to a moderate Republican and $5,000 to an America First PAC does not score like a moderate. Their money tells the real story. Dollar weighting ensures the score reflects where the donor's actual financial commitment lies — not just a headcount of organizations they have touched.
Donor gives $500 to RNC (score 7) + $5,000 to America First PAC (score 10).
Weighted score: 9.6 — Strong MAGA
Not 8.5 — which is what a simple average would show.
Ideology tells you what they believe. Propensity tells you if they'll write the check.
Our propensity score is a composite of four dimensions of actual giving behavior — not modeled consumer data, not demographic inference, not magazine subscriptions.
Lifetime giving volume, percentile ranked against the full donor universe.
Exponential decay model with 180-day half-life. A donor who gave last month scores near 10. A donor who last gave five years ago scores near 0.
Habitual donors convert at dramatically higher rates. We measure how many times they've given, not just how much.
Typical gift size independent of total volume. A $500 habitual donor is a different prospect than a one-time $5,000 check.
One number. Every donor ranked.
The Final Score combines ideology and propensity into a single 0–100 number that ranks every donor in your file from most to least valuable for your program.
The ideology component carries more weight because ideological alignment is the primary targeting criterion for Republican programs. Propensity determines who among the ideologically aligned donors is most likely to convert.
If they gave a single dollar to a Democrat, they're out.
Every Scrubbd list is pure Republican. If a donor gave any amount to any Democrat-scoring entity in any cycle, they are removed from your file entirely. What remains is a verified conservative donor universe — confirmed not by what they say, but by where they sent their money.
